I had a technical problem with the mini…

I had a technical problem with the mini heat press. I rang the customer help line and spoke to ‘Miriam’. She was extremely helpful and guided me through a simple process to establish the problem. I uploaded the information as requested. 2 days later a replacement machine was delivered to my door. Excellent customer service Cricut. Thankyou.

BEST SERVICE EVER !!!

I don’t understand how Cricut have so many bad reviews here! This can’t be real because I just had the best service ever. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and help! And that’s why I decided to write this review in English even though it’s not my first language. I called their customer support (Denmark) last month because the rubber pieces on my cricut maker were moving around and ruining every cut I tried to make. I waited like a minute or two and then they picked up. I talked with Emma (Eman) and I couldn’t describe my problem in English but because of my Arabic name Emma asked me if I prefer to speak Arabic (she could hear that I was very nervous of speaking English I think). We talked and I told her about the rubber pieces and she told me that I only had a few days of the warranty and she will send me an email with a few steps that I had to follow (video of the problem, serialnumber….). I sent them everything and then they told me that they will deactivate my machine and send me a new one but it will take 7-10 days! I had some projects to do, so Emma told me to send her an email when I was done with my projects so she can deactivate the machine and send me a new one. My daughter got very sick and it took me a few days to finish the projects. And then I called them again to deactivate my machine and guess who answered??? EMMA! She was so kind and helpful again. She told me that the warranty has expired just one day ago. I was sooo sad to hear that but she told me that she wanted to talk to her manager about it because I sent alle the information in time, but the deactivation was late because I didn’t call them in time. I waited two minutes and then Emma came back with good news. She told me they can make an exception in this case and they will send me a new machine. This call was on Monday and Emma told me that it can take between 7 to 10 days to arrive. But Wednesday morning a delivery man from DHL came with a package from cricut! Whaaat? Just two days later? I couldn’t believe my eyes. I just love cricut and I love Emma soooo much! They really saved my small business. I was planning on cancelling all orders because I didn’t have a machine but now I’m here looking at my new rose maker and writing this review! Thank you so much for the help and understanding. I really appreciate it. It’s the first time I called their support and it’s so good to know that cricut does everything to help their customers because I have the cricut maker and mug press but I couldn’t decide wether to get a cricut heat press or a heat press from another company. But now I know cricut have my back in case anything happens, so ofc it will be a cricut heat press 😍
And dear Emma (Eman), that is what I call best customer service ever!!! You did everything you could to help me. Thank you very much.

absolutely horrible experience with…

absolutely horrible experience with cricut customer service. i ordered a machine, which arrived in a very damaged box. instead of taking the chance of opening it and it not working properly i immediately contacted cricut to arrange for a return. i was on hold for 45 minutes to talk to someone, and then i had to FIGHT to be able to return the unopened machine. i finally received a return label days later. i immediately drove the machine to fedex to return. weeeeeks later i received a partial refund. i called the customer service and they said the rest of the refund was coming, in 7-10 days. i have not received the refund yet and its 3 weeks later . I waited on hold for 45 more minutes to talk to someone regarding the lack of refund... and i am STILL fighting to get a full refund. i will never purchase anything from this company again

I have been waiting for missing items…

I have been waiting for missing items for months now. They still have not arrived and i was told twice that they are ob their way. To reach someone except that stupid automatic chat is nearly impossible. Also not even a compensation has been given as well.

No customer service

This company offers absolutely no customer support, please only purchase a Cricut machine if you are prepared to relegate it to the bin should you experience any issues. There is no working telephone number, there is no email and the messenger contact. I have even messaged the supposed UK director Bianca Walker but even she is disinterested. Please, please, please take note of this review, I spent £280 on a machine that only lasted 15 months!

Generally the machine is good for what…

Generally the machine is good for what it does and seems to have a bit of a cult following - which is unfortunate since they are akin to the Apple of the crafting world.

Bought a Maker in 2021 and was happily using it for months then one day I logged into Design Space and it said my machine had been remotely deactivated.

After working with support they said that machine was replaced under warranty, hence the deactivation, and I had to deal with the store I bought it from. Fair enough - I can understand the principle, if they don't want to repair their and contribute to the growing amount of ewaste then sure.

However, the store I had bought it from had since closed down and I had no recourse. After going back to support Cricut said if I had bought it from them then they'd do something but since it was a distributor I was s*** out of luck.

So they have the potential to "flick a switch" and remotely disable the device and now I have a £300 paperweight.

Honestly, this has left a bad taste and I have since moved to Silhouette. Do yourself a favour and avoid.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. Had non-stop problems since I got my Cricut machine and now I can’t even log into my account when I’ve paid for the service!!! I need to finish an order and can’t. I sent a re-set email and haven’t received anything after 8 attempts! Useless.

Don’t bother using us what I’d say, just adds more stress and customer service never help and give you an insulting ‘sorry’ as if that fixes the time and stress you’ve wasted on their crap

Do not recommend for small business use

I’ve gotta say the machine it’s self and what it can do is very powerful…. That’s if you could get it to work mind

We use the Cricut to produce labels for our products and you spend more time trying to get it to scan let alone cut.

Out of an A4 sheet we have 1/3rd of paper left as negative space which is extremely wasteful, there is plenty of room for another row of our labels

The software is clunky and it’s not really geared towards people who use this machine for everyday cutting. You have to constantly set the cut settings and print modes, click here here, click there before you can even start printing. Pretty laborious when you have 100 sticker sheets to print. A simple print and cut job setting would fix this.

Luckily we’ve borrowed ours to see if it is okay for our use and it’s a no for what we do that’s for sure, took us 5 days to print and cut what should have been a days worth of labels

Worst customer service ever…

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They emailed telling me to email for support. I emailed. Got an automated response telling me they have advisors ready to chat or call. I chat.. its just a bot, sending me round and round in circles!! I decide to call. The number doesn't work. 0/10 would NOT recommend.
